Wisconsin's transition appears to be about as smooth
as one can go -- though Barry's leaving a tough legacy
with going a possible 10-2 with this team.

As for JoePa, I'd love to see him go out on top -- but
PSU does appear to have talent for the future and
Happy Valley is rejuvenated. I'm sure PSU faithful
would love to see him line up a successor like
Alvarez, but Joe's certainly proven he can hang in
there with any coach and that he *is* Penn State and
deserves to go out on his terms.

Nope. Smith is the closest in East Lansing and I think
he gets one more year.

Should go? I'm no fan of Purdooo, but how can you fire
a guy who has taken the team to a bowl in all but one
year (the current one) at the school after years and
years of nothing? Tiller's there for a long time.

Definitely - they may be in a bowl next year at this
rate and are certainly much tougher than in the past.

And I think Zook will do pretty well in Champaign - he
is a good recruiter and if he can tap back into that
Chicago market that Alvarez and Carr have raided
lately, they could be back soon.

There are some pretty solid coaches in this league
right now and I don't think any will be leaving aside
from Alvarez for at least another year.

GO CATS!!! BEAT THE BUCKS!!!
