(on a mostly amicable basis) as a prelude to an arbitration between our  
clients, which will be held in Wolverineland, and to whom I had to eat a little  crow 
last week (as he is a U of M grad, both undergrad and law school:
 
"P.S.:  Congratulations on an inspired victory over the  Hawkeyes."
