First tie break for three way ties (or two way ties if the schools don't 
play) is overall records.  The next tie is to eliminate the most recent 
team going to the BCS bowl and then apply the tie break procedure to the 
remaining two teams.  Basically, I think PSU wins  all tie breaks 
because the Nits went undefeated in the non-conference while we and tOSU 
both lost one.
