. . . game I've ever seen.  Things didn't look to good most of the contest, but then again, I didn't think things looked too great when we showed up wearing white pants for the first time since the Minnesota game three years ago.

The crowd in the stands where I was sitting (section 128) never gave up.  When we actually took the lead with 42 seconds to play, everyone was jumping up and down and giving hugs to complete strangers.  I hugged so many people that I ripped my poncho.  Like I care!  My friend Mark likes to wear a purple fedora to the games.  He got so excited that he tossed his hat into a far away group of fans, as he was perfectly willing to give up the fedora in the euphoria of the moment.

So, I attended two home games this season.  NU won both games, by scores of 38-37 and 28-27.  Wow!  -- Jim B.
