Go Cats!

I'll give my sophomore daughter Lauren a percentage of the credit for the purple clock....apparently there was an article in the Daily suggesting it be turned purple. My daughter was IM'ing me and said "doubt the admin would do anything about it cause they ignore the Daily...". I told her to maybe contact Mary Desler, VP Student Affairs, so she did and Ms. Desler apparently sent an email to the right folks and the next day it was purple. 

Ok, there may have been other pressures and suggestions to other parts of the "Turn the Clock Purple Department" at NU,  but I'm sticking with my story and giving my daughter a big GROWL for her efforts and spirit on behalf of the NU women's lacrosse champs. :-)
