For anyone who is heading to the Women's Lacrosse championship game in
Annapolis:

Game time is 2:30 pm Eastern.

TICKETS. Tickets are available at the stadium, according to info provided by
the NU Club of DC:
"Adult/Child Tickets are $10/8.
They are available online at www.navysports.com (with a service
fee). Tickets will also be available at the stadium (no service fee)."

LOCATION. The game will be played in Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium,
which is where the Navy Midshipmen play football. (Same place where NU beat Navy
in 2002.) All seating is general admission, so plan to arrive early for best
seats. The stadium is large, and seating should be plentiful. Expect to see
a large contingent of UVA fans, whose campus is approximately 3 hours away.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS. The main access route is US 50 from the east and west.
Look for the ROWE BOULEVARD exit, and you'll see the stadium on your right in
about half a mile. You can get more info at the following link:

http://www.navysports.com/info/directions/dir-memorial.asp

VISITING THE NAVAL ACADEMY. The stadium is about a mile from the Naval
Academy grounds. The Academy is well worth visiting if you've never been there.
Only cars with Defense Dept. stickers (usually military members or retired
military) are allowed inside the gates of the Academy. However, a free shuttle
runs from the press box side of the stadium to the Academy. Anyone over age 16
needs a photo ID to ride the free shuttle. The shuttle schedule for Sunday
5/22 is 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, and 3:30 pm until 9 pm. Note that this is also a
good way to get to downtown Annapolis, where parking is notoriously scarce.

GO 'CATS!
