has some interesting stuff on McCants' arrival and subsequent departure
from NU, including quotes from Tavaras Hardy. Some insight (and
conflicting perspectives) on the difficult transition that followed
O'Neil's sudden departure.

In any case, McCants seems to have gotten his act together and found a
place for himself.
