[NU Sports] Flip-Flop Flap Featured on NBC Nightly News

The flip-flop controversy was featured in the final segment on the NBC Nightly News tonight.  The poor lacrosse team is getting a lot of publicity over this when I bet other women's teams were also wearing flip flops.  I think it's just because the Tribune started a story on it.  I'm trying to find other team photos.  In fact, the Michigan softball team wore shorts and tennis shoes.  Why no outrage about that?
