[NU Sports] Interesting Post from Another Board

Tennessee's coach bounced the coaches that were responsible for the Vols
lousy year. If the poor defense and kicking game during Walker's tenure
aren't his fault, he should bounce the defensive coordinator. At a
company where I worked, when someone screwed up and got the company into
hot water, the view was don't blame the person, blame the person's boss
who should have been aware of what was going on. Not a bad philosophy.
