Well, it's a longshot, but if the Big Ten champ is a
top 2 team, they go to the BCS title game. The league
could still earn an at-large BCS bid as they have more
than any other league -- and while the Rose would
probably love to get that team, they don't always get
that (see Iowa in 2002), so the bowl picking could
send the Big Ten at-large to the Fiesta.

So it's a longshot, but it could happen.:)
