It was pointed out last night that Callahan in an attempt to get the program
back on its feet fast (i.e before they fire him for one or 2 bad seasons), he
recruited a lot of JC's. It's unlikely he will rely so heavily on them in
the future--but if it gets them prestige and access to good recruits then he wil
have succeeded--remember Mike White doing similarly at the Uof I in 1980
