Right. Following Pearl Harbor, Congress decided that no large crowds
should gather in one place on the west coast. So, the Rose Bowl was
moved to Durham and San Francisco's East-West Shrine Game was played in
New Orleans in January 1942. Speaking of that Shrine Game, it appears
that it's been moved this coming to January 21st to San Antonio.
Opposing QBs will once again by NU's Basanez and UCLA's Olson.
