[NU Sports] Darnell and Hudaifa on track to graduate from NU in June

This was an excellent article and thanks to Alan for writing about it. Congrats to both of these guys who came back to school after  having to swallow their pride. They added so much to our football program 10 years ago.
 
Just curious how NU let both of these guys get as far as they did on the football program (Darnell played 3 -years ? Ishmaeli 2 years ? ) --if they were that behind academically.  I hope it wasn't because they may have been our best offensive and defensive players
