The Big Ten released the 2009 and 2010 schedules today and there were two very
interesting aspects to the Cats schedules for those seasons. One: we don't play
Michigan or Ohio State. Two: we play Wisconsin on the last day of the season
both years and Illinois on the next to last day. I don't remember another
season in which the Illinois game was not the last game of the regular season
unless we went to Hawai'i. I don't know what was the rationale in the
scheduling office for moving the game but it will be weird not to end the season
beating Illinois.
