CU has scheduled a press conference for 6:30 MST to announce that Gary Barnett will resign as their football coach. An AP wire story says that Barnett has agreed to a $3 million settlement on his contract. Whether Barnett will coach CU against Clemson in the Champs Sports Bowl has not yet been announced. -- Mike Nolan
