Note that this same rule allowed the non-BCS school Utah to compete in
the Fiesta bowl last year, as they were in the Top 6. Next year many
of the BCS rules are changing in order to accomodate the 5th BCS bowl
and more than just the BCS conferences, go to bcsfootball.org to see
more details, they are rather complicated, but go to underline that
this is all about the money.
