Making observations is one thing - writing false
information is another. And since this list is not
sponsored by a government agency, neither has to do
with the first amendment here.:)

Now that the original quote is out there, it appears
that it was just a poorly worded sentence and that no
one said Barnett was in Evanston to watch the game.

No one's questioned his integrity - all the posts I've
seen have been questioning the Rocky Mountain News'
writer's facts. Not Frank. And certainly no one's
brought in any form of censorship -- First Amendment
or otherwise. We're just wondering whether Barnett was
in Evanston for the Rose Bowl team's introduction vs.
Wisky.
The only time anyone may have questioned Frank -- and
it was really more of a general question for all the
posters -- was when I wrote about why we're still
talking about an old coach and wishing how he was back
instead of focusing on the current team's bowl game.
And I really didn't think that was a question on
Frank's integrity and certainly not an attack on the
First Amendment. It was just a bit of bewilderment
that we've spent most of the bandwith the last 3-4
weeks bemoaning Walker and talking wishfully about our
old coach - who left us and will not be coming back.
