You've probably already seen this, but here's the El Paso visitor's  
guide:

Not a lot of info there about hotels, as far as I can tell.  They do  
have a link to the following site with a list of hotels:

It looks to me like the Camino Real El Paso, which is located in "El  
Paso's revitalized downtown," may be your best bet.  Well, except that  
it appears to be booked for the bowl.
