Disclaimer: Clearly I have been bored at work this week.

A friend of mine is a sportswriter by trade, and has recently moved to
Nashville to work for rivals.com (so consider the source). Anyhow, we were
talking about Big Ten football over beers last weekend and I asked him who he
thought would succeed Joe Paterno at Penn State. This is, of course, assuming
that Paterno exits this year, which many of us expect he will. My friend
speculates that it will be Kirk Ferentz. 

Are there any rules, written or otherwise, about coach poaching within the
conference?
