[NU Sports] Settlement Approved by Judge in Wheeler Case but Linda Wheeler Will File Appeal

>From AP Story just placed on AOL.  The Judge in the Rashidi Wheeler  case has 
approved the $16 million settlement offered by Northwestern.   Circuit Judge 
Kathy M. Flanagan wrote in her order that she had approved the  settlement to 
protect the interests of Wheeler's three half brothers, all of  whom are 
minors.  Linda Wheeler, a co-plaintiff, filed an appeal to the  order.
