[NU Sports] Official release from Eastern Michigan on our upcoming series

It's somewhat ironic for me that we have scheduled Northeastern.  When  I 
went out to NU from Long Island, where I grew up, in the Fall of 1970, and  would 
tell people in NY that I was going to Northwestern, the majority of  
responses would be, "Oh.  Isn't that in Boston?"  It wasn't until GB  took the Purple 
to Pasadena that I think that monkey finally was off of our  collective back, 
so that everyone in the USA finally knew where Northwestern  was.  Suddenly 
everyone would say to me, "Oh.  That's a great  school."  As if our 
newly-discovered football prowess and Cinderella status  suddenly put our humble 
institution on the map.  But for many years before  that, we were a somewhat fuzzy 
concept to my quite provincial home area.
