[NU Sports] By the Way

After the first practice in pads, I was walking back into the offices with RW -
and he was complaining that he's tired of just winning 6 games.

I didn't have anything exciting to add, so I just kept walking.

He then added that 6 games would get them into a bowl this year...

But I don't think he's going to be happy with just 6. McGee thinks we could win
all 12. Great attitude from an assistant.

One last thing, Patton has a real tough decision to make - He's got Vince Clarke
who plays as well as Thiry when he's not hurt. He was feeling very good about
coming out of the spring with 11 solid O-Linemen, a first for NU in many many
years...
