[NU Sports] depression

Like many others on this list, I stayed up very late last night to watch 
our debacle against Hawaii.  To have our season end like that, well, 
it's just a very empty feeling.  My wife and I had started thinking 
about going to Nashville, and we were really hoping we could go.  We 
weren't overconfident, though, and we didn't book anything in advance. 
 I don't know, I really believed that if we needed to beat Hawaii to go 
to a bowl game, we would do it.  It must have been a terribly long 
flight home for our team.  When I go to work tomorrow, I'm wearing all 
black -- suit, shirt, tie, socks and shoes.  

That having been said, fire up for next September 3rd -- first game of 
the NU 2005 Big Ten championship season!      --   Jim B.
