[NU Sports] Terrible officiating

These officials are terrible so far.  3 bad calls:

1) Late hit on Chang.  It wasn't late, and the refs called it "roughing 
the passer," which it clearly wasn't.

2) 2nd Hawaii Touchdown.  The receiver stepped out of bounds at about 
the 4 yard line right in front of the ref (2 or 3 steps were out).

3) Interference with the opportunity to catch.  Our guys didn't touch 
the return guy the 2nd time, so I don't see how it could be a penalty 
under the current rule.

We need to run these guys over on offense in the second half and start 
sacking the QB.
