Try finding out how much they're charging for the tickets, that's not
apparently part of the online information.  As best I can determine, the
list price appears to be $195.

According to the Rose Bowl's own site, the game is a 'contractual sellout', 
which I guess means that the teams are stuck with their tickets whether 
they sell them or not.

There's nothing specific about Rose Bowl ticket availability on the 
UT website, and if you try their ticket office those tickets aren't listed,
so it doesn't appear they're stressed about selling their required block.
