With the help of a friend, here's a off-the-top-of-the-head list of some of the "recent" transfers from the basketball team.
O'Neill recruits:
Ben Johnson (under carmody's watch)
Ed McCants (under carmody's watch)
Harry Goode (under carmody's watch)
Casey Cortez (under carmody's watch)
Sean Wink (quit team...still may have graduated)
Aaron Molnar (quit team...still may have graduated)
Steve Lepore
David Newman
Brody Deren
Adam Robinson
These guys immediately come to mind...and O'Neill coached only three seasons!
Carmody has had only two of his own recruits quit or transfer to date:
Jimmy Maley
Thomas Soltau
With such a list of transfers and the small number of scholarships for a sport like basketball, it's no surprise that they can have a devastating impact on the team's play, and on its graduation rate.
