I sent email to Taylor about the traffic issues and his response was NU and Evanston were doing everything in their power to make it better.

Bullshoot!  Everytime I go to Michigan(3 bad games) I am amazed that they can get 111K people in and much, much easier than 28K.

Traffic Ideas:
You should not be able to get on Central Street from Green Bay or Ridge without a parking pass.

OR 

Use the north most lane as a season parking pass only lane.  If you have west parking you must come from the west and if you have east parking you must come from the east.  These lanes do not stop at all.  All side streets are blocked off.

OR

Some variation of the above.
