OTOH, if that doesn't work, then you're

Please do not lower single game ticket prices! The only ones that benefits are the opposing fans. Give great deals for two-packs, three-packs, season tickets, etc. only and that will keep the opposing fans from buying all the seats.

Basketball has the same issue. I can't make any weekday basketball games so I buy the pick-4/pick-5, which gives me an opportunity to sit with NU fans during the big ten season. If not for that I would be surrounded by Ill-whine-i, Bad-grrrs, etc.

I have no idea how to improve attendance other than win or have the Bears move out of town. At work(northwest suburbs) only a few people know any college scores, but everybody knows what the Bears and Packers did. Chicago is just not a college sports town. U of Michigan is more like a pro team for Detroiters. Minnesota has horrid attendance even with a large immobile alumni base and major ticket discounts. The rest of the Big Ten schools are the only game in town.

Note: I am a season ticket holder in football and every year I think about buying basketball season tickets.
