Yep.

Few schools would object to such a record.  Moreover they were shut out
4 times during the decade of the 50's, 3 times during the 60's, twice during
the 70's, once during the 80's, and not at all during the 90's.  A nice
descending function, that.  

> Dana Bible suffered all sorts of shutouts, including 8 in his first three seasons (1937-39).  The best of Bible's shutouts was on October 3 1942, when he ventured to Evanston and was shut out by Northwestern 3-0.  That Texas team went on to be Southwest Conference and Cotton Bowl Champions (9-2).

Bible's 1931 Nebraska team also lost to Northwestern, 19-7.
