Rumors are floating in Lincoln that former Husker coach Frank Solich
is interested in the Indiana and Illinois jobs.

The new AD at Indiana is reportedly the same guy who offered Solich 
the Army job shortly after Solich was fired a year ago, so he may
have the inside track there.  

More news from Lincoln:  The last coaching link to the Osborne era at
Nebraska is gone.  Turner Gill has resigned to take another position 
that has not yet been announced but is said to be a head coaching job.

ESPN is reporting that Urban Meyers has told ND no thanks and is about
to accept an offer from Florida.  I wonder when the last was that a
coach turned down Notre Dame?
