No, Tom, you are very sane.  In my day at NU, when we protested, it  was 
about something important, like the Vietnam War--not whether or not the  football 
coach won enough games, even though he graduated a large percentage of  
students and impacted positively on the lives of those he coached.    For shame, 
Notre Dame.  You showed your true colors--Green ($$) and Gold  (as in diamonds).  
How the man could not even be permitted to coach his  recruits to any degree 
is mind-boggling.  I hope we schedule them again, as  I would love to see our 
student-athletes kick the butts of what I have no doubt  will now be their 
mercenaries.  I see a lowering of standards at the Dome  on the horizon.
