Here's a guy getting paid $8.5 million NOT to make stupid mistakes that lose games. Make him do SOMETHING, maybe donate $100k to UNL scholarship programs.

Should he take ultimate responsibility and get fired, he'd continue to get paid $8.5 million a year for several years.
