Huskers to Finish 11th in the Big 10

Call it a hunch bet, but I think Nebraska will find a way to lose (or come from behind by more than a TD) one of the games it is expected to win, to win at least 2 of the toss-up games, and one of the games that I put in the likely loss column.

Can they have an 8-4 season?   I'd like to think so, because if not then Rhule is going to start feeling some pressure from higher-ups and big-time donors.

Can they do better than 8-4?  If everything gels as it hasn't gelled in what feels like several decades, then yes.

But I'm an optimist, most of the time.  And a lousy sports bettor.
