Skydiver crashes into video board, delays Virginia Tech spring game

A skydiver bringing in a flag as part of the ceremonies for the Virginia Tech spring game crashed into the video scoreboard and hung there for about 20 minutes until the fire rescue team could get him down safely.  

The spring game was delayed about an hour.  Is this an open for the James Franklin era at VT?
