Regents to consider $600 million project to rebuild parts of Memorial Stadium

UNL has announced a new project called Big Red Rebuild, a $600 million project to update Memorial Stadium, increasing seat size and reducing capacity to about 80K.  Construction would begin at the conclusion of the 2026 season and be completed in time for the 2028 season.  The 2027 season would have a reduced seating capacity of around 65K.
