What was really amazing: Oregon ranked #3, Huskers ranked #14. Huskers win
yesterday (Saturday) ended a 24 game home winning streak for Oregon - it
went back to the 2012 season!
Nebraska ladies played great ball. First game today went extra innings and
was hard fought by both teams. Oregon squeaked out the win. Second game was
also close but Nebraska won in 7 innings 4-2.

Great Super Regional Series. Now on to play Washington in the WCWS on
Friday at 11 am Central time! GO LADY HUSKERS! Our women in all sports are
very strong this year and getting better.

Mary Weatherholt is in the Ladies Singles Championship match tomorrow
(Monday) against the defending national champion Nicole Gibbs from
Stanford. Mary is ranked #11 nationally and Gibbs is ranked #13 nationally.
Should be a great match.

GO BIG RED! Go Lady Huskers!
