[Husker] Big 10 scheduling for 9 games

Been thinking about how the Big Ten 9 game conference schedule might
work for Nebraska.

Suppose that in any given year Nebraska plays two of these three teams:
Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State.

That leave one cross-conference game, so they rotate playing Indiana,
Michigan State, Maryland and Rutgers.

This way the Huskers face all Eastern division teams once every four
years, and they always have games against two of the thre 'name-brand'
teams in the division.

Iowa and Wisconsin would have the same type of schedule, although I
still haven't figured out how they promise Indiana a game against
Purdue every year.
