I think a far more likely scenario is that former Raiders coach
Jon Gruden, for whom BC had been the OC for two seasons,
knew the Raiders' offense at least as well as BC did.  

Yes, the Raiders offense was inept (regardless of what game
plan they used), but that doesn't explain how Tampa Bay could 
rack up 34 points in 3 quarters.

The two 4th quarter pick-6's by Tampa Bay were during desperation 
time for the Raiders, so I tend to discount those.
