I HOPE it lies in him getting more established, more comfortable and more
efficient as a head coach. Even though he's been here 5 years, each year
has had some significant changes and challenges resulting from that. It
also seems that recruiting really struggled the first couple of years, and
he who shall not be named did a decent job of getting talent on board but
then wasted it.
I wish we weren't seeing the number of missed tackles, poorly played
passes, and open green space to run. Close on so many, but not making the
play... which is how I feel about NU being a top 10 team. They're close,
but not quite there. Some of that has to come from within the team, the
desire and accountability to each other.
