Well said, Rob!  I, too, was disappointed but not at all embarrassed by our play today.  The fumble by Ameer was really the turning point.  With little time at the end , we had to go to the air and Georgia knew it and blitzed accordingly.  Murray is an NFL caliber player and he showed it.  Really made some great throws on 3rd down.  For 3 quarters we were competitive with the big, bad SEC.  Next season is a new year and I am looking forward to it.  Hope we keep our assistants and Taylor spends the off season with his quarterback guru.

I heard the same thing about Nebraska when Tom Osborne was coaching. What in the heck do people want? This was a good season. In the second year in the B1G Nebraska went to the championship game and had 10 wins.

Am I disappointed? Yes, but late season injuries hurt this team. Is is fixable? Yes, and unless Nebraska loses assistant coaches, next season should be a lot better. Nebraska played to toughest schedule in the B1G in back to back seasons. Next year will be a cake walk in comparison.

Nebraska had a good season and should be commended for it.

I posted this before the game it was true, turn overs were the difference. Nebraska won the turn over battle in the first half and lost it in the second half. As for Taylor Martinez's interception, he was pressured and did not get enough on the throw. Nebraska was doing well running, and was wearing out Georgia but got away from it and it hurt them.
