I meant only that a court can't make a determination of innocence, only guilty or not.
I sat on a court martial jury about a decade ago. We eventually acquitted the scumbag because under the law the the prosecutor hasn't met the burden of proof. We found him not guilty of possessing child porn but we all knew damn well he wasn't innocent.
