I also thought he should have left earlier. Everyone knew something needed to be done in the basketball department. The new arena was done, Football stable - not great not terrible but stable. At least the new AD should have been done a year sooner and let him put some signature on a program for himself. 

That is 20/20 hindsight. I also thought he should have handed over the offense calling duties a year early so Solich would have a year under his belt. He also should not have hamstringed anybody on what changes could be made to the coaching staff. again that is all 20/20 hindsight. 

So I guess I would say TO was not perfecdt - but heck none of us are. So what, you do the best you can with what you know.

That would depend on whether it was a serious complaint?  Sounds like it wasn't (but it was a complaint).  No offense btw...

I am also curious why you said he stayed too long though.  Is there something he did, or didn't do that you didn't like, or thought was poorly handled?  Or would have been handled better by someone else?
