That would depend on whether it was a serious complaint? Sounds like it wasn't (but it was a complaint). No offense btw...
I am also curious why you said he stayed too long though. Is there something he did, or didn't do that you didn't like, or thought was poorly handled? Or would have been handled better by someone else?
