[Husker] rules changes for 2013 coming

The official stand is 

To require teams to have either their jersey or pants contrast in color to the playing field.

This means no more all-blue uniforms at home, as well as all-green uniforms for Colorado State, Hawai'i and a handful of other universities. Also, no more all-red at the inferno for Eastern Washington home games.

Most of the time I think MSU has worn white pants at home. But yes Boise would go all Blue at home as much as they could

The Eastern Washington field is obnoxious - but if the huskers put that in - no more all red uniforms

of the field they're playing on.  This rule appears to be aimed at
