I would be surprised if it took that long to go to 13 games. Also, no one knows for sure how this selection committe is going to work. If a team gets skipped once because of 3 non competitive games - the landscape will shift. Prices will go up on tickets and donation levels, since we have one less game.
I don't like the idea the ncaa put out that will allow schools basically to hire unlimited resources just to keep in contact with recruits via the social mediums.
The big schools will ahve the budget and the small schools won't. Part of me wishes for controls on what schools can spend on coaches, facilities and overhead. Will college football implement a luxory tax like pro sports to reign some in?/

Like a 13 game season, which I think we'll see by 2020.
