[Husker] Scott Frost is promoted

So we've hired head coaches with and without experience. Some good, some bad, some somewhere in the middle. So I wouldn't write off Scott Frost just cause he hasn't been a HC before. A good up-and-comer can be a good thing. Key word being "good"

(Though I do believe there are a few outliers still clinging to Billy C...) Husker fans are mixed, I believe about, Frank Solich and Bo Pelini. The records indicate they were OK to good...though not good enough for some Husker fans.
