There's no argument that Tom Osborne and Bob Devaney were good coaches.  Almost no argument that Bill Callahan was a bad one.  (Though I do believe there are a few outliers still clinging to Billy C...)  Husker fans are mixed, I believe about, Frank Solich and Bo Pelini.  The records indicate they were OK to good...though not good enough for some Husker fans.

Isn't that the truth. Course you could always spin it that the last time we hired a head coach with experience as a college head coach was 1962. That went ok.
