I would not be surprised to see that happen.

If they were consulting me...two substantial concussions in three months.

I would be hesitant in recommending he return for a month, and would likely
be recommending to him that his season is over. It is not just the
potential for cognitive problems down the road, but another serious insult
to an injured brain could result in rapid cerebral swelling and death.
(think about twisting an already sprained ankle...it blows up fast like a
balloon. But in the skull it has no place to go.)

But I don't know how serious the concussions were.
