I don't recall him saying anything disparaging about TO's coaching
achievements.  

I don't think BC is temperamentally suited to be a head football coach.
He didn't understand what the Raiders were, either.  I doubt anyone will 
give him a third chance at it.

I also suspect that some of the changes BC made were at the direction of
his boss.  He was brought in to remake Nebraska in someone's image, 
and that image wasn't BC's.
