[Husker] Announcement at 11:00 about the future of Nebraksa Athletics

Any retirement announcement is inevitable with Osborne; the man is 76 years old with a history of heart problems.  If not today, it will happen sometime in the next couple of years IMHO.

My sources tell me that Osborne is retiring as AD, but will stay until his replacement is hired.
